We trust Lisa unconditionally with our two troublesome, badly behaved, disobedient huskies. She did a great job while we were away for 18 days and we will certainly be using her again. My fur babies are my kids and I am always worried about them when I am away. With Lisa, I have found someone who I can trust to treat them as they were hers. Receiving photos and video updates shows me how happy they are as they play happily with her and eat up their food (always a concern should other cats come visiting!). Lisa even gave them an extra treat (with our permission) on Christmas Day. On top of all this, Lisa watered our plants, cleared our letterbox (sending photos of any exciting looking mail awaiting our return), and having her there also kept the house looking like it was not vacant. Without a doubt, we will use Lisa again and I am certainly recommending her to my friends.

Lisa truly loves animals ,she looked after our rabbit for 3 weeks ,sent us moves and photo and communicate with us almost every day . when our rabbit back to us , she got used to human nicely became like fast lady :)) because Lisa and Dan must treated her well with love. so i totally recommend it!

Lisa is excellent and we knew our cats were going to be looked after. Jonah has kidney failure and I had nothing to worry about. Lisa sent pictures and videos, it puts you at ease. Especially when you have a sick pet and I stopped putting Jonah in a cattery. I felt it was getting too stressful for him. Jonah is not stressed and I can relax. Lisa was good with Mollie too because she is not good with strangers. We will definitely having Lisa again and you can go away, and not worry.

"We LOVE Lisa! We have a cockatiel and a rabbit, and our animals are our children. After having some horrific mishaps with our last petsitter (to the tune of our cockatiel going out of a window into the wild blue yonder!) we struggled to find someone who would treat our animals with as much respect and love as they deserve/we give them ourselves. We are an active couple-- love to go on tramps, overnights, and travel often so there was a period of time where we didn't do any of that because we needed someone we could trust to look after our babies. When we found Lisa she allowed us to get back to our lives!
Pochi, our cockatiel, was a special needs bird and is free range in our home. Her wings are not clipped and Lisa was fantastic in understanding why that freedom for her was so important to us, and how to bird proof the house when she was out and about. Pochi, who is a bit of a cautious birdie initially warmed up to Lisa immediately which made my partner and I feel so relieved. We love the videos she sends of our baby singing and enjoying herself, and it makes our travels so much more enjoyable knowing our bird is safe (and won't fly out the window :) )
When we adopted our second animal, our rabbit Concha, Lisa was equally keen to get to know her and her needs before we left on an overseas trip. As things sometimes happen, Concha proved to be a bit more of a handful then we originally anticipated! Lisa was quick to adapt to the situation and allowed her to do her bunny things while making sure she and Pochi stayed safe. She kept her litterbox clean and when we returned Concha was much more confident than she was when we left! Lisa's patience and genuine love for animals really made a difference on that trip, knowing that she would adapt to the situation as necessary.
We would highly recommend Lisa to anyone that has animal companions and considers them family. I grew up around animals and was always a bit jaded towards people who didn't consider them more than fuzzy toys, but Lisa is definitely someone who sees each critter's character and treats them with respect. We have LOTS of houseplants as well, and Lisa has watered them and kept them happy as well. When the weather plays up she takes it open herself to make sure our babies are warm enough or cool enough. She takes in the mail, adjusts the curtains for security, and all in all keeps an eye on the place for you while you're away. We're very grateful that we found her-- Pochi and Concha are, too!"

Lisa is absolutely fantastic. This was our first time going through a service to look after our fur babies while we were away for a few days. My husband was concerned leaving them for the first time but Lisa was amazing. She came around before we left to introduce herself and answer any questions. While we were gone we got daily updates with photos and videos. One of our cats, who is a total daddy's girl and who rarely let's me cuddle her, was very respondiant to Lisa :)
Thank you so much again for taking such amazing care of them - we had complete peace of mind while we were away.
